- Design — floor plan tailored to your block, included in the price.
- Permit application assistance — we prepare and lodge the application. No separate admin fees.
- Construction — full build to Australian standards.
- Water, power and gas connections — included. This is where most “fixed” quotes start adding up — ours doesn’t.
- Final inspection & handover — we finish, you move in.
Excludes council fees and infrastructure contributions, unusual site conditions, and fencing or landscaping where applicable.
