What's included in the fixed price
- Design — floor plan tailored to your block, included in the price.
- Permit application assistance — we prepare and lodge the application. No separate admin fees.
- Construction — full build to Australian standards.
- Water, power and gas connections — included. This is where most “fixed” quotes start adding up — ours doesn’t.
- Final inspection & handover — we finish, you move in.
Not included
What's not included
- Council fees and infrastructure contributions (charged by council as part of the permit process)
- Unusual site conditions (e.g. significant excavation, rock, poor soil — assessed before you commit)
- Fencing or landscaping, where applicable to your project
Anything outside the standard build is quoted separately, in writing, before you commit. No surprises later.
Payments
How payments work
Seven payments, tied to the project’s progress. The first payment covers the permit stage and is due when you sign. The remaining six payments are construction payments spread across the build, each linked to a milestone.
